The American Legion offers several packages for all size events or we can work with our recommended caterers to customize to your specifications.
The Host may arrange, at their request, to provide the caterer themselves. In those cases, the Kitchen Service Fee will be added to the rental of the hall.
Caterers not arranged through the American Legion Hall will be expected to provide a valid Certificate of insurance and leave facilities in the condition in which they were found. Should the Legion find the facility in disrepair, at their discretion, have the right to charge an additional fee for clean up.
Dates are open to the public until a deposit of the amount of the hall rental is received. All deposits are non-refundable. All events will be drawn under contract upon payment of a deposit. Pricing of the contract will be that of current pricing upon signing of contract and stated within the contract.
A maximum of five hours of any bar/bar package is allowed. Any parties of 50 people or less and/or custom bar packages are subject to a bartender fee of $15.00 per hour.
Sales Tax will be applied to all events. Any tax-exempt certificates must be provided no later than one week prior to any event. No gratuities are included in any pricing.
